Varian MDC Stainless UHV Ion Pump Vacuum Chamber CF DN160 DN100 DN40. Used but in excellent condition. This high vacuum, SS304 vacuum chamber is includes a 8 gate valve and Ion Pump chamber. Gate valve crank handle doesn't rotate very smoothly but does open and close valve adequately.
The unit currently has no magnets for the Ion Pump chamber. It stands 40" tall from bottom of feet to the upper 8" flange, and 20.5 wide between largest side flanges. Inner chamber is 11.5 I. The entire unit has the following flange ports. Twenty-Five (25x) 2.75 CF40 (DN40) Conflat flange ports.
Four (4x) 8 CF160 (DN160) Conflat flange ports. One (1x) 6 CF100 (DN100) Conflat angled flange ports. One (3x) 1.33 CF16 (DN16) Conflat flange ports.
