SAES CapaciTorr HV-200
These are vacuum pumps with no moving parts! The getter alloy is ZAO (composition Zr V Ti Al).
The getter surface area is 432 cm^2, but effective pumping area is much much larger! Pumping speed for hydrogen is over 200 liters per second. They come mounted to 4.75 conflat flange (CF63), ready to connect to your UHV or HV vacuum system. Initial heating in vacuum done to activate the getter, and thereafter can run at 200 deg C. They reversibly pump hydrogen and pump most other typical vacuum gases with different capacities. There are three of these units. Two of which are not used. One of which might have been minimally used (not evident, but packaging has been opened).All of which have been under clean, bagged storage (oxygen free and moisture free) for several years after project cancelation.
