MDC UHV Chamber Ultra High Vacuum Chamber Adapter ASA 9 to 8 CF Dual 2.75 CF
For sale is a UHV vacuum chamber or nipple adapter. This UHV chamber has a ASA 9 bottom flange that is 9" OD, 5.75" ID, has 8-3/4" bolt holes on a 7.5" B. An o-ring groove 5.875" ID, an 8" conflat top flange, and two 2.75 CF side ports.
All CF flanges are rotatable through hole style. The vacuum chamber is 4.25 high from flange face to flange face. The 2.75" ports are opposite each other and 15" flange to flange. This ultra high vacuum chamber is clean and ready to install. These UHV conflat chambers are often used as small vacuum test chambers, or as adapter ports for larger conflat chambers to add capability or increase or decrease port sizes or to adapt a CF chamber to an ASA diffusion pump or cryo vacuum pump.
