Leybold D40BCS Vacuum Pump withCFS, ARS & IGS 40/65 Exhaust & Chemical Filters
I have up for sale a Leybold D40BCS vacuum pump. This was taken out of service at a local university when they were upgraded. They had the oil drained and the intake/exhaust ports were capped.
It has a CFS 40-65 chemical filter unit attached along with an IGS 40/65 Inert gas system and an ARS 40-65 exhaust filter with return line. It is powered by US Electrical 3HP 3 phase motor. It will come secured to a pallet. Dimensions will be 48 x 40 x 23.
