Ivoclar Programat CS Porcelain Furnace for eMax CEREC with Vacuum Pump
This is an Ivoclar Programmat CS dental porcelain furnace with vacuum for firing and crystalizing eMax and Cerec milled restorations, and for glazing, staining and fabricating porcelain crowns. It is the popular and compact "Chairside" model suited for dental offices or laboratories with limited space. This furnace is in very good cosmetic condition with very moderate use (see photo of screens of hours used). All of the internal diagnostic tests were run successfully and the furnace working well see photo of test screens. "Happy face 100% graphic shows heater muffle is good and vacuum reading of 33mbar is excellent as any reading under 80mbar is a "pass. There are 4 calibration probes included with the furnace and the last calibration was done some time ago but was successful. Though this is an older model Programmat, the manual and software updates are available on the Ivoclar website. The Vacuum pump and electrical cords as well as the vacuum tubing are included. The Vacuum cord has an adaptor that allows it to plug into the back of the furnace so you you only need one 120v outlet. There are no other accessories (other than what are in the photos) included. There is a small scuff in the paint on the top left of the heater lid (see photo) and a crack visible in the ceramic firing tray (see photo) though these do not affect the furnace's performance. This furnace is configured to use American style 120v 60Hz electrical current.
