High Vacuum Chamber/glass Bell Jar System With 18od X 18h Bell, Welch Pump
HIGH VACUUM CHAMBER/GLASS BELL JAR SYSTEM WITH 18"OD X 18"H BELL, WELCH PUMP. Here is a tested, and good working custom made Vacuum Chamber/Vacuum Bell Jar System, just in from local aerospace company surplus. The vacuum pressure has been tested to pull down to a vacuum pressure of 28.8 inches/HG of vacuum pressure on the gauge. It is composed of an 18" Diameter X 18" High Glass Bell Jar, a Welch Model 1400 Vacuum Pump, with the system mounted in a 24" Wide x 24" Deep x 28 High Cabinet.
Controls feature a 0-30 inches/HG Vacuum Gauge, Vacuum Pressure Regulator, Vacuum Isolation Control (used to maintain vacuum pressure when pump is turned off), Vacuum Purge Valve, and Vacuum Pump On/Off Switch. The top of the cabinet is 1 thick aluminum.
The black gasket material on top of the cabinet is a bit dried out and could stand to be changed as it loses about 6 in/HG of vacuum pressure in a 24 hour period. The vacuum pump operates on 120v AC with attached power cord. All of our items come only with what is pictured or described in the description.
