Marked with various manufacturers including MDC, Varian, and Balzers. Chamber dimensions (approximate): 13 x 8.25 inches - 3 gallons. Important note on large base flange: This flange measures approximately 10.75 inches across, a measurement which does not correspond to a standard ConFlat flange diameter.
