For sale is a Used/Surplus Granville Phillips Series 360102/03 Dual Vacuum Ion Gauge Power Supply. These power supplies are used to power a 360 Ion Gauge controller. They cannot be used alone. This power supply is setup for a dual ion gauges. A 25 pin interconnect cable is required to connect this power supply to the 360 control gauge. Cable is not included with this power supply.
