Edwards GV400 Drystar and EH4200IND Booster Vacuum Pumps Combination. Used previously in a PECVD process for making Photovoltaic panels.

Edwards GV400 3 Stage Claw Stage Mechanical Dry Pump. Gas Purge Module for N2 or Clean Dry air.

Indirect Cooling Kit and Temperature Controls valve. Eliminate regular oil changes, non-contacting mechanism eliminates wear.

Extended pump life on dusty applications - no dust build-up in oil, leading to high wear. No need for pressure switching and bypass arrangements.

Improved Process - No oil contamination of process - improved product quality. Consistent vacuum performance - no water contamination of seal oil which reduces pump performance and extends pump down time. Hydrokinetic drive booster gives faster pump down performance.

The pictures shown are representative of the all of the units available. Manuals and service records are also available and included with the pumps. No other fittings, electrical disconnect panels, etc.

These pumps appear to be in very good condition and were fully operational when removed from service after the plant shutdown. Please note, there is some residual powder residue from the previous process which may or may not need to be cleaned, depending upon your process requirements.
