The Edwards 40 E1M40 direct drive rotary vane pump is inherently compact and vibration free with an ultimate pressure of 3.7x10-2 Torr and a pumping speed of 25.9 CFM at 60 Hz. With finger-proof coupling housing and totally enclosed fan-cooled motors, Edwards E1M40's provide excellent operator protection. These Edwards E1M40 rebuilt refurbished vacuum pumps have an advanced oil lubrication circuit and are very reliable with accessories to match any application. Applications include use with refrigeration dehydration, brake line evacuation, thin film coating, vacuum distillation, freeze drying, space simulation and other chemical processes. Pump was fully dismantled and all parts are decontaminated and inspected.
Damaged or worn parts where replaced. All O-rings, seals, springs, and vanes where replaced. We use these vacuums in Lasers and currently have 3 in surplus. The picture with the gauge shows the pump had pumped down completely (this gauge works but Is not calibrated to zero).
