(Can be rewired as needed). Single Phase options: 110, 115 or 200, 230 Vac. Or, 3 Phase: 200, 208,230 / 380,400, 415 & 460. Leak Rate: (Pa x m3/s) <1.0 e-5 Pa.
Pump Dimensions: L=44 x W 33 x H 37 (cm) or 18 x 13 x 15 (inches). The dry scroll pump can be used in a wide range of applications.Adaptable to various AC voltages. Excellent as a roughing pump for Turbo Molecular Pumps. Can endure repeated operation between atmosphere and High Vacuum.
This Scroll pump can perform suction, compression and exhaust continuously, with very little change in torque, which results in very low vibration and low noise. The suction chamber and exhaust chamber are separated so that they are less prone to leaks and thus highly efficient. This pump was set up using HydroCarbon Oil. Please review the pictures, with the Tags showing the Oil type options.This pump uses no cooling water, nor lubricating oil. Thus very easy to install and maintain.
