Air Pump Compressor Vacuum Pump 220V. 8/. 9A

This low power air pump was used in a water aeration system. The piston cup has been replaced. As best I can tell, it looks like a 220v version of Gast LOA-101-HB Vacuum Pump 115/110V 1.4/1.5A 0.66/0.8cfm 25/26in-hg 100 psi.
