Servo Drive Water Cooled Ultra High Vacuum Linear Actuator 4.61 ConFlat CF
Up for sale is one Servo Drive, Water Cooled, Ultra High Vacuum Linear Actuator with 4.61" (4 5/8") ConFlat Flange and 2 BNC Feedthroughs. This Actuator allows a precision 1 linear actuation of a part or component under High Vacuum that also requires Water Cooling.
The oxygen free copper block at the business end is cooled via the two stainless steel lines connected to its body which is interfaced to the outer atmosphere with a bellows. This Flange is also fitted with Two BNC Feedthroughs which will handle up to 500 volts and could be used for temperature sensing. The Linear Actuator is high precision stepper with optical encoder feedback made by NEAT. A Semix RD-323MS Servo Driver is included with this actuator and should work fine with this unit. Alternatively, the knob in the back of the actuator allows for manual positioning.
